Question 1

Does Govera replace our agenda system?

Accepted Answer

No. Govera works alongside existing systems by helping staff create, review, and prepare materials before posting.

Question 2

Do you work with agencies in my state?

Accepted Answer

Govera serves public agencies in every state, county, parish, and city. Your location never limits what we can do for you. We load your own ordinances, policies, and records, so drafts are grounded in your jurisdiction's rules, not a generic template.

Question 3

Does Govera replace the city attorney?

Accepted Answer

No. Govera provides drafting assistance and compliance flags, but final legal review stays with the city.

Question 4

Can Govera match our current agenda style?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Govera can learn from prior agendas, memos, resolutions, ordinances, and templates.

Question 5

Can council members use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if enabled. Council members can review polished materials and submit questions before meetings.
